DESCRIPTION OF THE UNITS
	Type 0 - STUDIO APARTMENT 3/4 Persons - approx. 28-32 m² One-room apartment: living room with cooking corner and sleeping area, bathroom, balcony (sometimes glass veranda) or patio.
	Type A -TWO-ROOM APARTMENT 4 Persons - approx. 35-40 m² Master bedroom, living room with sofa-bed, cooking corner, bathroom, balcony (sometimes glass veranda) or patio.
	Type B - THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 5/6 Persons - approx. 40-55 m² Two bedrooms with double beds, living room with sofa-bed, cooking corner, bathroom, balcony (sometimes glass veranda) or patio.

BOOKING - The apartments can be booked for a minimum of one-week periods, beginning and ending on Saturday. When making your request, indicate the holiday combination selected, the period and the exact number of persons, including children.

PAYMENT - The booking is considered valid when a down payment of 30% of the amount has been received: the remainder and security deposit shall be paid at the moment you enter the apartment. The security deposit shall be returned upon departure after the apartment has been checked and the cost of any damages deducted.

HOUSING - The facility shall be available on Saturday between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and must be left no later than 10:00 a.m. the last day of the stay. Any claims shall be made immediately on-site.

AGENCY - In order to make your holiday even better, the agency is always at your disposal for any problems, information, and difficulties, even personal, that you may have.

DESCRIPTION OF THE LODGING

All facilities have modern furnishings with bathroom (shower/bidet/WC) and cooking corner (refrigerator, gas stove, dishes). TV socket.

APARTMENTS "A" and "A2" Distance from the beach: approx. 50-400 m. The apartments with balcony or terrace are located in various: - more-story buildings with lift and have a parking space (A). Available: Type 0, A and B - two-story buildings, nearly always have a parking space (A2). Available: Type A and B

HOUSES/VILLAS "V" Two-story row houses of several units, all with independent entrance and small private garden, nearly always with an indoor parking space. Balcony or terrace. Distance from the beach: approx. 50-400 m. Available: Type A and B

BUNGALOWS "B" Residence at the seaside with private beach, composed of double-bungalows, part on the ground floor with small private garden and part on 1st floor with shared terrace. Indoor garage with numbered parking spaces. The apartments have modest, functional furnishings. In rental price includes place on the beach with umbrella and two deck-chairs. Available: Type B

APARTMENT WITH SWIMMING POOL "VP" Residence with swimming pool (10 x 20 m; mandatory bathing cap) composed of 19 two-story buildings, everyone with 8 units: ground floor with small private garden, 1st floor with balcony. Numbered parking spaces. Distance from the beach: approx. 200 m. Available: Type B
